Have you thought about what it would take to be one. The difficult classes, exams, and the extreme amount of studying. Learning every aspect of what this career entails. Then once you graduate from those classes you have to take a state exam to prove you really know how to use this information. All that information from the books and practicing you put on paper. This is what it takes to be a Broker.
You have to have two years of being a licensed Realtor. Not just licensed, but practicing Real Estate. You have to go through an extensive background check. You have to have a great Real Estate record. You have to be approved by the state Real Estate Commission. You have to have another Broker sign off that they believe you would be a great Broker. Then after all that time and effort you are a doctor of your career, a Real Estate Broker.
After all I could sell Real Estate as a Agent, and I can sell Real Estate as a Broker. The reason I chose to do this is I wanted to provide the best information and knowledge to my clients. I wanted to say I am at the top of my class. I live, breath, and sleep this. I want you to have every aspect of information at your fingertips when you work with me.
You can train the future Realtors. You can help them grow and become professionals who help others make good Real Estate decisions.
